If you are not seeing a video feed in your browser, there may be a problem with the browser's permission to use your camera. To commence with the session, you need to allow the browser permission to use your camera and microphone on a new site.
On your computer/Laptop browser (Safari):
1. Click the camera icon in the left side of the browser URL bar, this should show you whether the browser has access to your camera or microphone:
2. Change the drop-down menu to "Allow" or "Always allow" to give permission:
