If you did not submit your ID or the submitted photo is not readable or blurry, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your identity.
Go to your inbox, spam or all emails folder and look for the new email from Integrity Advocate that has a subject title "Invalid Session (ID) - Your name" then open it.
The email will look like below, then click "VERIFY YOUR IDENTITY" button or the link below that button.
You will be directed to a new page to resubmit your photos. Read the 'Problem' and 'Message of the reviewer' of what caused your first submission to be invalid and how to correct it. Once done click 'Continue'.
Wait for Integrity Advocate to load. Once you see the application loads up continue to submit your photos again.
