How do I authorize my camera and microphone in Firefox?

If you are not seeing a video feed in your browser, there may be a problem with the browser's permission to use your camera. To commence with the session, you need to allow the browser permission to use your camera and microphone on a new site.

Check your camera and microphone permissions in Firefox:

1. Before launching the exam/assessment, click the lock icon inside the URL/Address bar and click the arrow beside Connection Secure

4. Allow Open Pop-up Windows, Use the Camera, and Use the Microphone.
